2015 SEVERE WEATHER PREPAREDNESS SALES TAX HOLIDAY

Limitations to Local Sales Tax Exemptions

St. Clair County - 7059 & 7759

The "holiday" ONLY applies to St. Clair County's 1% sales and use tax.

St. Clair County DOES NOT GRANT a holiday for the remaining 1% levied for education.

Spanish Fort - 9102

The "holiday" ONLY applies to Spanish Fort's 1.5% sales and use tax.

Spanish Fort DOES NOT GRANT a holiday for the taxes levied for Spanish Fort Town Center District (9203) and Spanish Fort Eastern Shore District (9202).
